is One of Specialists Manufacturing CHITOSAN variences as a raw material for any applications, dietary / medical device “CHITOSAN spec l112”, a semi-finished of dietary/medical device “CHITOSAN L112 BIOPOLYMER”, which all of CHITOSAN products from the knowledge of chemistry technology and biotechnology including research & development and the experienced industrial production scale with the quality control system QMS standard.

We are CHITOSAN manufactuer and exporter since 2005 , our well know CHITOSAN products are CHITOSAN L112 BIOPOLYMER and CHITOSAN spec L112, we have been exporting to USA, EU, JAPAN and ASIAN.

We have experienced in long time of production raw materials “CHITIN” of CHITOSAN for commercial and our in-house production.

And we have one CHITOSAN dietaty finished product for consumer L112 ABSORBITAL

A member in R&D team in part of CHITOSAN preparation for  Enhance CHITOSAN derivative for a dietary supplement, L112 BIOPOLYMER and CHITOSAN spec L112  in research and development of  OPTIMIZING CHITOSAN CHARACTERISTICS FOR EFFECTIVE USE IN HUMAN WEIGHT-LOSS REGIMENS  PHASE I & II STUDY: CHITOSANS OF INTEREST, and PHASE III STUDY: CHITOSANS OF INTEREST IN RATS
Investment in  equipment, machinery, lab-room, lab-equipment, and clean-room class 100k environment for manufacturing L112 BIOPOLYMER and CHITOSAN in medical device grade and food grade  included implementing the QMS (Quality Management System)

November 2008 

Mr. Kasem and Mr. Paisan have chosen to walkaway out from the Bannawach Bio-line factory with shareholder reasons. The BIO21 established along with the first strategic plan “manufacturing special CHITOSAN and CHITOSAN application products”

2010

  • Start a new one CHITOSAN  factory at Samutsakorn province  for marketing and selling proposes in EU , USA   Asia markets 
  • Launch New L112 ABSORBITAL and Advance-L112 ABSORBITAL products

2012

  • Start the food-grade / dietary supplement CHITOSAN and medical device CHITOSAN for JAPAN and ASIAN 

2013

  • Launch a new CHITOSAN application in the agricultural product “FCR additive”  for broiler farm by R&D  including  test run at the prototype farm  (EVAP farm system)

2014

  • Restart the  dietary supplement / medical device CHITOSAN business with a customer from an EU country

2015

  • The second CHITOSAN factory in Banyuwangi Indonesia ready for production industrial grade and food grade CHITOSAN.

2018

  • Signed the Agreement on quality assurance for CHITOSAN supplies for EU customer
  • Started production of fish scale OSSEIN at Indonesia factory, purposes for commercial and in-house used in COLLAGEN production in the future.

2019

  • Started production of fish scale OSSEIN in Thailand factory
  • Started a pilot scale of  fish scale COLLAGEN by using the OEM 

2020

  • Implement and launch L112 POLYMER product for Broiler Farming, Poultry Farming (Layer chicken Farming), and Pig Farming
